While She Naps: soft sculptures

I have been a big fan of Abbey from while she naps for over a year now. There is just something about these soft sculpture birds – they are so unassumingly beautiful. Like the one above, it seems to be saying “who me? you want to take ME home and show me off to all your friends?” Yes, please. Or maybe it’s just the Guiness (fabric) talking…

And these birds in motion above are really spectacular. I definitely have a thing for black birds for some reason, and I’m thinking the one in the middle would look fantastic somewhere near my crow hangers.
